When babies enter the weaning period, many parents struggle to think of daily weaning menus for their children. Baby food must meet criteria such as being nutritious, easy to cook, and made with readily available ingredients. In this article, we will summarize the easiest weaning recipes commonly found in babies’ meals.

10 Easiest Weaning Porridge Recipes for Your Baby’s Meal

Principles of Cooking Weaning Porridge for Babies

Weaning is an important milestone marking a child’s development. However, weaning foods are also quite different from formula and breast milk, so mothers need to understand the rules to ensure the safety of their baby’s digestive system.

Principles of cooking weaning porridge for babies:

    – The rice-to-water ratio is the basic principle mothers need to grasp when cooking weaning porridge for their babies. This ratio affects the thickness of the porridge. When the baby enters the teething stage, the mother can increase the rice ratio and decrease the amount of water.

    – When starting to cook porridge or weaning powder for babies, mothers should not add seasonings like fish sauce/salt/sugar to the weaning porridge, as this will affect the functioning of the young child’s digestive system.
